Our clinical coordination team will assist you throughout the entire process making your hotel and ground transportation reservations, prior to your arrival to our stem cell treatment center. StemGenex Medical Group will also cover your hotel stay and car service which will be waiting at the airport baggage claim when you arrive. Travel Arrangements, Accommodations and Transportation
Within 24 hours our Clinical Coordinators will work with you to coordinate your travel and transportation arrangements. This representative will take care of all your needs around-the-clock during your stay, including transportation to and from the airport, the hotel, and the treatment center. This includes hotel check in-services, and everything related to your comfort to ensure the most positive experience possible throughout your treatment.

Your 3-Day Visit
Patients receiving treatment through StemGenex Medical Group will visit our treatment center for a total of 3 days. This will be a minimally invasive, out-patient procedure for all patients.
Day 1
Your first day will consist of a new patient orientation with StemGenex Medical Group and other patients who will also be having their stem cell treatment at the same time. Here you will be able to interact with other patients and have your questions answered as far as what to expect over the course of your 3 day visit.
The new patient orientation will be immediately followed by a pre-op consultation with your doctor. Your doctor will walk you through your treatment procedure from start to finish customizing the treatment plan around your disease related complications and needs. This will be the time to have your every question answered regarding the treatment to ensure you fully understand and are comfortable with the process.
Day 2
The second day of your visit will be the day of your stem cell treatment. This will consist of 3 parts. The first part will be the harvesting of the stem cells through a mini-liposuction procedure. This is then followed by the activation process where the stem cells are immediately taken into the lab and activated. Once activated, the stem cells are administered back into your body through multiple methods depending on your condition being treated.
Day 3
The final day of your visit will be a post-op consultation with your doctor. You will be thoroughly examined to ensure that you are properly healing from the procedure and responding well. The doctor will then clear you to return home after making recommendations for your post treatment care.
Post Treatment Follow-up
The StemGenex Medical Group staff will be available to you after your treatment for any questions or concerns you may have. When necessary, the doctor will be contacted to address any of your medical needs. In addition, your StemGenex Medical Group clinical research team will be following up with you periodically as part of the research study to determine the efficacy of the treatment.
